Memberships Terms & Conditions

Jen Aesthetics Medical memberships are designed to provide clients with flexible monthly clinic credit which can be used toward eligible treatments and skincare products.

By signing up to a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership payments are collected monthly via secure recurring payment.

Your monthly payment will be added to your Jen Aesthetics Medical account as clinic credit once payment has been successfully received.

Membership payments are non-refundable.

Membership funds are converted into clinic account credit and may be used toward eligible treatments and products offered by Jen Aesthetics Medical.

Account credit:

• cannot be exchanged for cash
• cannot be transferred to another person
• cannot be refunded once added to your account.

Unused credit may roll over month to month while your membership remains active.

Membership credit may only be used on treatments and products approved by Jen Aesthetics Medical.

Appointments are subject to availability.

Standard booking and cancellation policies apply to all membership appointments.

Jen Aesthetics Medical reserves the right to request deposits for certain appointments where appropriate.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in:

• loss of deposit
• deduction of treatment value from account credit
• or forfeiture of appointment allocation.

No-shows may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.

Memberships may be cancelled after the minimum agreed term (if applicable) by providing 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.

Any remaining account credit must be used within 3 months of cancellation unless otherwise agreed.

If payments fail or are cancelled without notice, membership benefits may be suspended immediately.

If a recurring payment fails:

• membership benefits may be paused
• future bookings may require deposits
• account credit will not be added until payment is successfully received.

Jen Aesthetics Medical reserves the right to cancel memberships with repeated failed payments.

All treatments are subject to medical consultation and suitability assessment.

Membership does not guarantee treatment eligibility.

Jen Aesthetics Medical reserves the right to decline treatment where clinically appropriate.

Jen Aesthetics Medical reserves the right to amend membership pricing, benefits, or terms at any time.

Clients will be provided with reasonable notice of significant changes.

Membership benefits are intended solely for the registered client and may not be shared.

By enrolling in a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
