All clients are required to complete a consultation prior to treatment. Medical history, medications, allergies, and relevant lifestyle factors must be disclosed honestly and accurately to ensure safe treatment.
Clients must be aged 18 years or over for injectable treatments.
Jen Aesthetics Medical reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interest.
A booking fee/deposit may be required to secure appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled and may lose their deposit.
Results from aesthetic treatments vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
All treatments carry potential risks, side effects, and complications, which will be discussed during consultation and consent.
It is the client’s responsibility to follow all aftercare advice provided by Jen Aesthetics Medical.

A review appointment may be offered approximately 2 weeks following anti-wrinkle treatment.
Any complimentary adjustments are at the discretion of the practitioner and only where clinically appropriate.

Additional product required to achieve desired results will be charged accordingly.
Emergency complications, although rare, may require urgent medical management.
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, refunds cannot be provided for treatments already carried out or products used.
If a client is dissatisfied, concerns should be raised promptly so that appropriate review and support can be provided.
For health and safety reasons, children should not attend appointments unless accompanied by another supervising adult.
Only clients receiving treatment should attend appointments unless agreed in advance.
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records, treatment planning, and monitoring outcomes.
Images will never be shared publicly without separate written consent.
All client information is handled confidentially in accordance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
Payment is due on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.
Jen Aesthetics Medical will not be held responsible for complications arising where aftercare advice has not been followed or where medical history has been withheld.

In such circumstances, communication may be terminated and future treatment refused.
A written record of all complaints and outcomes will be maintained securely in line with professional and legal requirements.
If a client remains dissatisfied after the complaint process has been completed, they may seek independent advice or escalate concerns to the relevant professional or regulatory body where appropriate.
